What is “Reconnective Healing®”?

A Reconnective Healing Session is a life-changing frequency alignment of our body to the “Zero Point Field” (lay lines) within the earth’s natural grid lines. Safe and effective, Reconnective Healing ® helps reduce pain, boost immune function and balance mental and emotional stress by activating stagnant DNA function, which in turn promotes healing at a cellular level both physically and emotionally.

What should I expect for my first Healing session?

Dress comfortably and please arrive free from externally added fragrances. You will be fully clothed, shoes off, resting face-up on a padded massage table.
Optimal State of Mind: Simply close your eyes and let go. Become the observer and the observed. Be the witness and notice. Notice when you notice something. Notice when you notice nothing. Notice when you notice something again. Allow yourself to experience the wonder of expectancy without the attachment of specific and detailed expectation. Trust that the healing that’s most appropriate for you is the one that you will receive.

Your Reconnective Healing sessions are not to be mixed with other energy healing techniques, toning, crystals, or other “energy” practices. Mixing can cause dilution and reduce them to something other than the full Reconnective Healing intended. Avoid “energy” work starting a few days prior to your sessions and through the week following them. The more time you allow yourself to be in your own energy, the better.
